Something a little different for your civil
wedding ceremony music

Although the vast majority of couples who have live music during their civil ceremony choose a string quartet, harpist or pianist, these are not by any means the only options.

Here are some alternatives:

• Trad jazz band - a fun way to announce the arrival of the bride
• Harp & flute duo - glide rather than stride down the aisle with this epitome of elegance
• String duo - space (or budget?!) too tight for a string quartet? How about a duo instead?
• Flute-led quartet - string quartet flexibility, but with a flautist replacing one of the violinists
• Guitar duo - another space/budget saver, this time with Latin overtones
